"Rock of Ages," written by Chris D'Arienzo comes to the Lake Worth Playhouse from today until July 24. This musical brings back the 1980's, when Aqua Net, Lycra, lace and liquor flowed freely. Featuring music by Bon Jovi, Styx, Journey and Whitesnake, it tells the story of aspiring rock star Drew and small-town girl Sherri as they work in one of the Sunset Strips last legendary rock and roll venues. But the rock and roll fairy-tale is about to end, can Drew, Sherri and the gang of crazy characters save the strip and themselves before it's too late? "Marilyn: Kissing an Icon" will be featured at the Stonewall Wilton Manors Gallery (2157 Wilton Drive) from today until August 7. Stonewall will examine a diverse collection of Marilyn Monroe memorabilia and fan collectibles in this exhibition of an extraordinary gay icon. From her tumultuous and ultimately tragic history to her struggle with identity and hyper-sexual persona, Monroe has been hailed as one of the ultimate gay icons. The International Hispanic Theater Festival takes place from today until July 24 at the Adrienne Arsht Center. The International Hispanic Theater Festival will feature 3 plays that will show for one weekend each throughout the month of July. Kicking things off will be "No dar� hijos, dar� versos (I Won't Bring Forth Children, but Poems)" from July 7-10. Following that will be "El Greco y la legi�n Tebana (El Greco and the Theban Legion)" from July 15-17. Village Pub presents "Diva's Live" a charity fun-raiser for #WeAreOrlando at 7pm, hosted by Nicolette as Reba McEntire and featuring Shanondra as Tina Turner, Precious as Madonna and Rihanna, Anita Bump as Mariah Carey, Ginger Von Snap as Britney Spear and Lady GaGa, Adrienne Black as Whitney Houston and Miss Village Pub 2016 Kataleya Davenport as Beyonce.

Noche Latina Saturdays inside the Ivy Lounge and Patio at the Manor will be celebrating the birthday of Latina Diva Erika Norell with special guests Daisy Deadpetals (also celebrating her birthday) along with music by resident DJ Larry Larr. Tuesday, July 12

HOT Stuff

Bob Marley represented One Love, Peace and Equality for all under oppression against violence. "We got to realize we are one people, or there will never be no love at all." The South Florida Caribbean and Orlando ILEA Chapters- have joined forces with MBA Orlando and Equality Florida to help raise funds for the victims, their families and staff at Pulse Night Club to help offset the costs and losses suffered by these victims. How will we do this? An auction of a 6'H x12'L Graffiti Painting "One Love" of Bob Marley painted by Graffiti Artists Skapetron and Lushy will run until July 27, 2016 @ 5:00 p.m. All Proceeds will go directly to the victims and their families via the Equality Florida Orlando Victims Fund (see information below).

The auction will open on June 29, 2016 @ 3:00 p.m. and end on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 @ 5:00 p.m. Bidding for the auction is open and can be done at www.biddingowl.com/OneLove.
